  • But, I am MOST EXCITED about my partnership with Midwest Dairy and the

    Chicago Bears

(yes, you heard that right) in which I will be sharing with African American teenagers how they can enjoy a healthy lifestyle!

Listen y’all! This is just the beginning! This entrepreneur journey has been a long one of learning and taking breaks between having children. Throughout the last several years, (especially during the pandemic), I have had to learn the power of accepting what I can and CANNOT do.

It has been challenging to want to do so much but to not have the time or resources to do so.

Nevertheless, I want to share this with you as I continue on this journey. Move at the pace that you can handle. That doesn’t mean you’ve given up. You’re walking at the pace that your spirit can handle. In the words of many great people I’ve heard… “It took me [17 years] to become an overnight success”.

Therefore, as I continue to learn to pace myself (because I still have small kids y’all), I invite you to join me in this journey of learning how to accept life for what it is today. Praying for peace and rest over your life!
